Derek Dietz

Experienced Chef and Yoga Facilitator, Derek has over 17 years of professional cooking experience and has received his 500hr Yoga-Teacher Trainings in Kaula Tantra and Multi-Style Yoga. He has spent the past many years at a variety Retreat Center and working with humanitarian aid foundations.He loves using his experience with Yoga and Meditation to help in the healing processes and recovery of many people who struggle with severe mental health and substance abuse disorders.He is also the President and Founder of a 501©(3) nonprofit, Compassion Kitchens, that supports community kitchens providing meals for food-insecure children. His path is that of a Karma Yogi in that he focuses on selfless service and cultivating compassion towards others in his life.
