Deepak

Deepak has done his Master's in Yoga (a 2-year full-time college graduation course). Deepak brings nine years of teaching experience in various forms of yoga. Raised in Rishikesh, a city known for its rich spiritual heritage, he was introduced to yogic practices at a young age, fostering a deep connection to the art of yoga. His journey includes teaching internationally in Bali for two years, where he refined his skills and shared his passion with diverse audiences. Deepak is highly proficient in Hatha Yoga, which focuses on physical postures and breath control; Yin Yoga, known for its longer-held poses that promote deep relaxation and flexibility; Aerial Yoga, which incorporates the use of fabric hammocks for support and balance; and alignment sessions, which emphasize proper posture and alignment in asanas. With his extensive background and commitment to holistic wellness, Deepak aims to inspire and empower his students on their yoga journeys.
