He combines 30 years in high-tech innovation with nearly a decade of coaching and mindfulness practice, guiding leaders and professionals toward greater clarity, balance, and presence.Drawing on years of study in Buddhist philosophy and training with teachers such as Adyashanti, David weaves together meditation, reflection, and ontological inquiry to create a grounded, holistic approach to transformation.
