After following my childhood dream of becoming a filmmaker and quickly realizing it wasn’t the life I wanted, I found myself battling deep depression, chronic anxiety, and an overwhelming lack of purpose.Through breathwork, meditation, and learning to freedive, I discovered the tools I needed to help me remember who I am and why I’m here.The natural world has been an instrumental part of my healing journey so far, and this is why I love running retreats based in nature - to help others release anxiety, build confidence, step into their most authentic joy, and re-learn how to play, all while falling in love with the planet we have the gift of living on.I am a somatic breathwork journey guide, kundalini and hatha yoga teacher, Molchanovs freediving instructor, perpetual student, and mermaid at heart who is so excited to dive deep into this healing adventure with you.
