Daosuk Sethi (Dao)

Dao is an enthusiastic yoga instructor who is proficient in yin, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga. She started practicing yoga in 2015 and hasn’t stopped since. In 2018, she travelled to India to master the arts of yoga teaching where she received her first training certificate from Satyam Vedic Yoga school in Rishikesh. Aside from yoga, Dao is also a crystal bowl therapy spiritual coach.Dao teaches yoga focusing on her students. Having instructed students from a wide range of skill levels, she is very experienced with figuring out what is best for her students and helping them reach their goals. For her, yoga is not only about physical fitness but also an art of mental well-being.
