Cora, originally from Argentina, discovered yoga as a teenager while managing a scoliosis diagnosis. What started as a personal healing practice has grown into over 25 years of dedicated experience, including four immersive years studying in an ashram in India.She has continued to deepen her knowledge through extensive training in the Iyengar method and guidance from respected teachers worldwide. Today, Cora offers inclusive, mindful practices tailored with precision and adaptability to all ages and body types.
