My spiritual journey began at 18, seeking solace amidst life's turbulence. Yoga became my anchor, guiding me through uncertainty and reconnecting me with myself.In 2019, I journeyed to India for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, a profound experience that ignited my purpose. Since then, I've been sharing the transformative power of yoga through classes & workshops, weaving in my newfound knowledge of Sound Healing.In 2023, I felt the calling to return to India where I deepened my practice & expanded my knowledge, qualifying as a 500hr Yoga Teacher. Today, I teach Vinyasa & Yin combined with the music medicine practices of Bhakti & Sound Healing, creating a sanctuary where others can find peace and healing on their own paths.I'm passionate about creating a space where you can playfully explore yoga while also finding moments of deep healing.
