Coaching Greece - Thalames

Coaching Greece offers exclusive outdoor retreats in the picturesque village of Thalames, Greece. We host Leadership Retreats in spring and autumn, as well as an annual Team Incentive Olive Harvest Retreat each November. The initiative is led by Egbert van Wyngaarden, a certified Systemic Business Coach and Mountain Guide, and Ioannis Kentzeas, whose family has called Thalames home for generations. Together, they are dedicated to creating a local heritage center—a space where visitors can experience the essence of Mani: its ancient sites, timeless stories, and authentic way of life.
