Christine Rowlin

My name is Christine, I am 26 years old from Denmark. I come from a very spiritual background, both my parents' practice and teach yoga and meditation, and growing up in this environment it felt natural for me to pursue the yogic path. In 2020 I received my 200h certification and began to teach shortly thereafter in Costa Rica. I am also certified in 50h Yin and recently completed the Advanced Teacher tune-up training. I am passionate about teaching and sharing the philosophy of yoga, as well as all things esoteric and spiritual. I find immense joy in facilitating events where people come together in ceremonies and rituals. I believe it is so powerful to gather and share in this profound way. The styles I am teaching: Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra.
