My name is Christian, and I am the co-founder of So Alegria.For the past years, I have been guiding Sacred Plant Ceremonies, Kambo and Breathwork and holding space for people who feel the call to explore themselves more deeply.My approach is simple, grounded, and human.I do not see myself as a healer or spiritual authority.My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can meet yourself with honesty and openness.This work can be deep and sometimes challenging, but I believe it does not have to be heavy.Even in profound moments, there is room for warmth, simplicity, and the occasional smile.What I bring to the space is presence, attentiveness, and respect for the process that unfolds for each person.My intention is to hold a space where people feel safe enough to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with what truly matters to them.
