My passion is grounded yoga – in the truest sense of the word: outdoors, in harmony with nature, and often accompanied by fluffy animal co-teachers.Through my experience as a doctor, I know what stress, exhaustion, and constant tension feel like.Yoga was my anchor, and became my life's path.
