Celia Mirco

My name is Celia Mirco. I am a Registered Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist (in Ontario, Canada). I am also an educator and facilitator in the area of health education. My clinical practice focuses on supporting clients recovering from traumatic events and difficult life transitions. I get what it's like to juggle family, career and home...all competing for time and attention. I understand the internal resistance that we, as women face when we take a step towards putting ourselves first. I want you to know that I see you and celebrate your curiosity to explore what it would be like give yourself what you need...time to pause, to feel cared for, time for inward attunement and time for true renewal. As a woman who has also experienced the exhilarating but turbulent journey of reinvention, I would be honoured to support you in your journey.My goal it to help women see themselves as "I am worth it", so that they may step into their strength and design a life that feels deeply authentic. The WELLNESS WITHIN Retreat provides women with the time, space, and support to make that possible, and I would be most honoured to have you join me.
