Catarina Marques Silva

Catarina is an experienced Yoga teacher based in the Algarve, Portugal. She started her practice 20 years and has been teaching internationally for about 7 years now.Cata has trained in Hatha-Vinyasa and advanced Yin Yoga studies, she has more than 600 hours of training.Her classes are created with a balance of Yang & Yin/movement and stillness/activation and deep relaxation; and infused with meditative moments, integration of sound, mantra, and poetry.Recently she has trained in Yoga Therapy for Women with Uma Dinsmore Tuli.
