Carolyn shares yoga to help tired humans rest, breathe, be and feel whole.Rooted in the power of intention, yoga wisdom and nervous system science, she guides in a way that inspires personal agency, for everybody in the room to find their practice that meets their energy in the moment.Her grounding honest nature will make you feel at home to explore yoga, free from limiting rules of right and wrong.Her approach is inspired by many teachers, not proscribing to one lineage, but creatively feeling into intuition depending on those in the space, and holding space for us to explore mindful and somatic movement, restorative stillness, and breath awareness.Carolyn has studied over 500+hrs and brings her knowledge and experience of sharing Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation and breathwork, as well as Children’s Yoga, and Perinatal Yoga, with down-to-earth warmth and sensitivity to all physical and mental needs.
