Carolina Dina

Carolina is a yoga teacher graduated from Ashtanga Yoga Mysore School in India, following a 300-hour training, which has completed her 6 years of personal experience. On the other hand, Carolina has just completed a 60-hour Thai Massage course at Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Born in Italy, she grew up between her home country and the United States, settling down in Europe, between Paris, where she studied at the university, and Milan. Carolina does not feel particularly connected to a culture or place because, according to her: "With a mat, a body and a healthy mind you can feel at home everywhere". "I have a deep respect for the tradition, but I'm always looking for change, I need to be on my mat every day, to follow the discipline of the most orthodox Ashtanga Yoga, the old Indian school. but also to practice other more modern yoga styles, like the Vinyasa Flow from Jivamukti Yoga School, or the fusion of yoga with the music of Yogance sequences."
