In June 2020, in the midst of the health chaos, I went too fast in the calanques, a revelation.I discovered the power of emptiness, of silence, of listening to the body. I understood that health comes from within, that fasting lays bare our true needs, our deepest hungers. This experience transformed me, energized me, and gave me a crazy desire to share my knowledge.Trained by the FFJR, I created Pur Azur®: Fasting and hiking stays on the French Riviera, combining well-being, nature, pleasure, and awakening the senses.
