Carla is a Portuguese Yoga instructor who started her practice back in 2016, when She was living in Germany.The way She was experiencing inner Joy after each practice made her want to know more about the Path of Yoga. In 2017, She went to south India for a 200h Hatha Yoga teacher training, in Sivananda Ashram, where She gained real experience of what life is like as a Yoga student.Since 2017, She has been teaching, first in Germany, and now in Portugal. In 2019, she went back to India to study Ayurveda. She is currently finishing a 120-hour course to deepen her practice and initiate Vedantic studies."Who am I? Am I this body? Am I this mind? The practice and study of Yoga are giving me the knowledge and wisdom for this question, helping me understand who I really am."Yoga is for everybody, and it's through the experience of the practice that we discover a better way to be in our body and mind, and that life is not about separation but about union.
