I’m Brooke Rowe, a Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual guide, and retreat facilitator passionate about helping women reconnect with who they truly are beneath the noise of life.After years working in the mental health and substance use field, I took a leap of faith to follow my soul’s calling, create safe healing spaces, and fully live the truth I was guiding others to find.Much of my own healing began through Reiki and spiritual practice, when I was navigating complex grief, burnout, and a sense of disconnection I couldn’t ignore. These tools brought me back to myself, and now I offer them to others who are ready to do the same.I created this retreat because I know what it feels like to crave something deeper. Through this sacred weekend, I hold space for women to rest, receive, and realign with the version of themselves they’re being called to become.This work is personal, soulful, and transformative, and I’d be honored to walk beside you for this part of your journey.
