Yoga teacher and wellness practitioner for over 20 years.Originally from Slovenia, but lived much of my adult life abroadStudied yoga with many teachers in Maui and California.Did a teachers training at Piedmont Yoga studio and in Marin with Erich Schiffmann.I teach flow yoga rooted in traditional Hatha yoga sequencing with an emphasis on core and holding poses.Currently live between Sicily and Istria.
