Benny, the co-founder of Sol House Studio, is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.With an extensive knowledge from these methods and his work in emergency situations, he will guide us through a unique breath work and ice bath experience, that will change our relationship to breathing and cold exposure.A deep session of learning, understanding, feeling, and exploring how to utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize functions of our body and mind and how to influence stress, fear, and deep happiness.Through breathwork and ice baths, Benny creates an incredibly safe space, designed to tap into our deeply held emotions that our conscious body often blocks from allowing us to work through.
