Benedict James Beaumont

Benedict Beaumont is currently living in Brighton, but often to be found elsewhere running workshops and retreats. He completed his yoga teacher training at the renowned Semperviva Studios in Vancouver, home of Kundalini rebel Gloria Latham and Bernie Clarke, one of the Fathers of Yin Yoga. After meeting Anthony Abbognano and experiencing Alchemy of Breath in Bali 2014 he trained to be a Breathwork Practitioner in 2018. He is married to a beautiful Canadian called Jennifer, who runs retreats with him. He has run retreats in UK, Ibiza and France.
