We are a sea kayaking and sailing social enterprise that looks to build well-being through curiosity and connection in all we do. We offer guided trips around the local coastline, mindfulness on the water sessions and therapeutic retreats. We believe that the natural environment can instill a deep sense of calm and confidence that is at the foundation of strong emotional and physical health.
