Basu Aryavrat

Basu began his sadhana in 1997 and in 2002 he was initiated in Kriya Yoga by Swami Shankarananda Giri. He has practiced in the presence of several respected teachers in India and Thailand and has developed a deep experiential understanding of Kriya Yoga, Tantra, and Mindfulness meditation. In 2016 Swami Shankarananda Giri gave him the allowance to give initiation (Diksha) into the full Kriya Yoga meditation. He has been giving courses and retreats in many locations like India, Thailand, Greece since 2000.
