Barbara is an enthusiastic systemic coach focusing on solutions and resources for all job-related issues, including stress management, goal setting, and (re) orientation with her clients . Being a trained lawyer and having worked in an EU politics setting for 15 years gives her coaching a very specific flavor. Barbara loves giving a structure to thoughts and finding a way to share them in a way others can easily connect with.
