Atharv Yogshala is an ashram-based yoga school near Rishikesh, offering a quiet and focused environment for practice, study, and self-development.Founded by an Indian-German couple, the school combines traditional yogic teachings with a grounded and accessible approach for an international community.Life at the ashram follows a simple and steady rhythm, away from the busy, touristic areas, creating space for deeper learning and personal reflection.We offer Yoga Alliance certified teacher trainings, including our 200-hour YTTC with Himalayan integration, as well as retreats and selected programs designed for those who want to go beyond the physical practice.Classes are structured, practical, and supported by personal guidance, helping you build confidence in both your practice and your teaching.For many, Atharv Yogshala becomes more than a place to learn.
