Asha’s Place Lisbon is a Black-owned wellness and community space created for the African diaspora living in and visiting Lisbon.This is a place to rest, move, breathe, reflect, and connect without explanation, performance, or pressure.We offer a steady weekly rhythm of healing practices, movement, and community gatherings designed to support your nervous system, your spirit, and your sense of belonging.We welcome Black expats, visitors, and the global African diaspora (and anybody else who’s down with centering this community).
