We’re Ash and Tamara - two friends brought together by a shared love for holistic wellness, self-care, and adventure.We know first-hand how easy it is for women to put themselves last - between careers, family, and the million other things pulling at us daily.That’s why we created Island Glow - Women's Wellness Retreats - a space where you can pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.Like so many women, we’ve navigated fertility struggles, motherhood, burnout, and the constant juggle of life.Along the way, we discovered the power of yoga, holistic health, and true self-care, and now we’re creating space for other women to do the same.Wellness with Ash is our yoga & wellness guide, here to support you through movement, breath, workshops and deep restoration.Tamara is the planner & organiser, making sure your retreat flows seamlessly from start to finish.Together, we’re creating retreats in Rarotonga that aren’t just about escaping for a few days - they’re about transformation that lasts long after you return home.We’ve designed every moment with intention, blending island magic with deep rest and renewal, so you can truly glow from the inside out.
