After 25 years of experience in a (changed) management position and sales/organization at a German natural medicine manufacturer, I made the decision to give up my previous job out of my passion for a vital and fulfilling lifestyle and my passion for the knowledge of balanced, healthy nutrition and transforming herbal medicine into a new profession.As a certified nutritionist, I would like to show people that you can draw a lot of strength and a completely new joy of life from conscious and healthy nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, and beautiful nature.I would like to show my guests how important and easy it is to take responsibility for their own health and fitness. Driven by this vision, I ended up in Portugal. I have known the country for twenty years. Portugal has become a second home for me and my family.
