Angela Carpenter

Hi! I'm Angela Carpenter, co-host of the Mycelium Effect retreat. I was born and raised in Mendocino, a place deeply rooted in connection to community and the land. I am excited to share some of the magic this place offers with you. I completed my 200hr YTT in Costa Rica in 2021. Since then, I have taught at various studios in California and then throughout South America. I currently live in Hawaii, studying as a doula. I am learning how to offer support to those both stepping into and out of this physical reality. The style of yoga I teach incorporates the elements of stepping into your inner child and embracing your power. My classes and workshops are designed to facilitate a deeper connection to oneself, your needs, and your dreams, helping you relax into a state of being.
