Andrea Vasquez

Andrea is an E-RYT 500 hr teacher trainer working in Medellín Colombia.“My Yoga classes are focused on the alignment of the physical body, connecting breath and movement and relaxing the mind so as to be in the here and now. It is here that we can connect with our true essence.”Andrea is a senior teacher at Flying Tree, and a teacher-trainer specialising in alignment based Hatha Yoga. She has been helping lead teacher trainings in both English and Spanish in a number of schools in Medellín. Her interests include the energetic body and chakras; bringing yoga to beginner level students and helping guide new teachers along their path.
