Andréa is an interdisciplinary practitioner with a diverse range of healing practices, including Somatic Experiencing® (SE) (in training), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma Birth Resolution Rewind Technique, shamanic healing, and bodywork.Born and raised in Brazil, Andréa Ararê combines healing gifts with the knowledge of native healing rituals, Somatic Therapy, and a wealth of feminine empowerment tools.Initiated in shamanic practices three decades ago, Andréa has been creating beautiful ceremonial spaces, bespoke healing sessions, workshops, and retreats for over 10 years.Tattler magazine called Andrea's work "Life-changing".She is an active member of professional organizations, including the Society for Shamanic Practice, Shamanic Healers Circle, Traumatic Birth Recovery, Somatic Experiencing Association UK, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
