Ana Karlaš

Ana Karlaš is an RYT-200 certified teacher from the YogaPRO Yoga School of Vinyasa Yoga. Since 2015 she has been practicing Kundalini yoga, as well as special techniques for chakra healing. She is a member of the Croatian National Diving Team. During her long competition career, she developed special breathing techniques and exercises that significantly enhanced her sports performance. Ana is also a Reiki TM self-healing method practitioner.
