Amy Fahey

Amy Fahey qualified with INEA Yoga in 2025 as a Vinyasa and Yin teacher and has since been teaching internationally, sharing her practice across diverse communities and cultures. As a retreat leader, she creates intentional spaces that invite both expansion and deep restoration. Rooted in her own journey of movement, travel, and self-inquiry, Amy is especially passionate about nurturing Yin practices. Her teaching is grounded, intuitive, and compassionate, weaving softness and strength through her classes. She believes retreat spaces should feel both safe and transformative, where you can slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself with clarity and renewed energy. Through her retreats, Amy blends dynamic flow, restorative stillness, and reflective practices to guide students toward deeper self-awareness, embodied confidence, and meaningful connection.
