Amina embarked on her journey into the world of arts at a tender age, starting with classical dance at the Conservatoire de Fribourg. Several years unfolded before she embarked on a spiritual path with Hatha Yoga. Following this, she discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and is now exclusively dedicated to this method. Through this practice, the fusion of body and mind takes on profound significance, leading her toward inner peace and wisdom. More than just a discipline, it has become a philosophy of life, grounded in values that she nurtures daily. A sudden passion for teaching yoga emerged, opening the door to new professional aspirations. Today, residing in Valais, she is initiating various personal projects while continually honing her skills on this path. Amina's journey is a testament to the transformative power of yoga, not just as a physical practice but as a guiding philosophy that shapes her life. She is also a Reiki Master.
