Originally from France and now rooted in Costa Rica,Amélina embodies a yoga practice that is both grounded and deeply alive.An international yoga teacher, she guides Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin with a calm, fluid presence, honoring each person’s rhythm and experience.She will gently lead the morning yoga sessions during the INSPIRA retreat.
