Amandeep Ji is a traditional hatha yoga teacher. He is a certified yoga teacher. He always wants to give to the students a clear vision about yoga and its practice. He is helping the students to understand the basic principles of yoga so they can prepare the base to understand or begin their journey, the journey which is leading them toward becoming aware of their real self.
