Hi, I’m Alyssa, the founder of Sacred Shell Healing. My path into sound healing has been shaped by both personal transformation and professional experience.Before stepping fully into this work, I spent several years in law enforcement, serving as a Deputy Sheriff and School Resource Officer. During that time, I gained extensive training in trauma awareness and response, and I saw firsthand the deep need for safe, supportive spaces where people can release stress and begin to heal.Following my own journey of healing, I became a certified sound healer and have dedicated my life to sharing the power of sound, ritual, and holistic practices.My approach is deeply trauma-informed, heart-centered, and designed to meet people exactly where they are. Through sound baths, meditation, forest therapy, and sacred rituals, I hold space for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, find peace, and step into empowerment.Creating retreats is one of my greatest joys. Blending the beauty of nature with intentional healing practices so that women leave feeling.
