Alvina

Alvina discovered yoga in 2017 in Rennes, her hometown, after a year-long trip around the world. Since then, She has been teaching in various locations and companies, as well as in schools for children. She is also trained in cranial/facial massage and Californian/Swedish back massage and she teaches Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, and sound journeys, and I also co-organize retreats in India and Morocco.
