Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher 200hrs + 360 hrs.Yoga Teacher (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga), Pilates Teacher, Reiki Therapist, Masseur, Contemporary Dancer and Choreographer. Born in Santiago, Chile. Alonso's yogic journey started in 2003 when he was studying Contemporary Dance at ARCIS (Arts and Social Sciences) University. He started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and immediately felt in love with such a great-powerful discipline, after 2 years of experiencing all the positive changes yoga produce in his body, mind, and spirit, he knew this was the direction his life would take, so he took a 360 hours YTTC in YOGASHALA, one of the most important yoga school from Chile, and he became a certified yoga teacher.
