Hi! I'm Allison, owner of Alma Yoga Co. Yoga has continued to keep me centered, healthy, and bring greater meaning to my life.I have been practicing yoga for about 20 years and love to teach and share this practice in its many forms! I'm American but have lived here in Tuscany for about 8 years.Besides yoga, I love to travel, surf, read, hike, learn, and be in/near the sea! I have 700+ hours of training and am certified through Yoga Alliance.
