As an art therapist and lymphatic drainage practitioner, I support those who wish to reconnect with their deep, authentic nature.My approach combines creative expression, sensitive listening, and body care to open a gentle path of liberation between body, heart, and soul.I offer art therapy workshops and sessions in which creativity becomes a tool for transformation, as well as lymphatic drainage treatments to support the flow of fluids and emotions.Inspired by the cycles of nature, my guidance is rooted in a sensory, intuitive, and nature-connected approach.
