I am one of the founders of Reform. This is so exciting for me because I have never done a retreat myself but my goal this year is to relax and focus on fun.I am mad about Pilates and am also trained as a coach so I will be leading short circle sessions where we can reflect on what is working and what isn’t in our lives and try to find new ways forward
