Alicia Chasteau

Alicia Chasteau is a yoga, movement and sound facilitator with over 15 years’ experience teaching, and a deepening focus on restorative yoga and sound healing. Her work is rooted in creating spaces that support nervous system regulation, and she is currently completing her diploma in sound healing.Alicia is the founder of Ubuntu Spirit, a community-led wellbeing organisation committed to accessibility, diversity and representation within the wellness space. Drawing on her background in social work and community work, her approach inclusive and people-centred, with a strong emphasis on choice and shared experience rather than performance.Alicia works closely with a diverse team of facilitators to organise and hold retreats. Together, they create spaces that balance movement, stillness and creativity, offering guests a supportive environment to connect and rest with ease.
