Alice May Redmond

Alice has lived and traveled the world for the past five years as a women's empowerment guide, retreat host, author, and certified breathwork facilitator. She has supported hundreds of women in her programs and built a community of thousands from all walks of life. Through her somatic teachings, she is dedicated to creating warm, safe, and supportive spaces for women to shine on their healing journey, focusing on transforming the relationship to their inner masculine and feminine from within. She bridges the Eastern and Western worlds through her lived experiences of traveling and absorbing wisdom from differing communities and cultures, from Mexico to Bail and everywhere in between. She cares about people to her core and is purely passionate about creating a better place for the world. She believes she can do this by supporting you in walking your path of authenticity and allowing you to experience true, unconditional love and acceptance in her work.
