Alexandra Bachler

Ali is a passionate yoga practitioner from Austria. Over the last 10 years she has been studying and teaching yoga around the world. Her first Teacher Training she did in Peru, where she didn't only learn about yoga but also about the strong connection of the indigenous population to Pachamama. She continued her path of yoga in various locations and also went to study to India. Apart from her yoga certifications she is a mental health trainer and has a certificate in Thai massage.Ali has more than 1000hours of teaching experience and is running offline yoga retreats since 2017. She has great empathy and the ability to hold space for people. Her yoga classes are challenging yet carefully sequenced with modifications for any levels. A blend of styles mixed with music gives the students practical techniques to enhance their lives and overall wellbeing.
