Alexa Kanj

With over a decade of experience in health and wellness, Alexa brings a holistic, embodied approach to movement and healing that honors both the physical and energetic body.Her journey began in aesthetics at the Aveda Institute of Las Vegas and evolved into a focus on movement and wellness.She holds a B.A. in Kinesiology from UNLV, a comprehensive Pilates certification across all apparatus (2018), a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (2019), and a Sound Healing certification (2021). These foundations inspired her to create Align Pilates and Wellness.A passionate and attentive facilitator, Alexa is committed to helping others feel aligned, empowered, and deeply connected to their bodies. She continually hones her craft through ongoing study with master teachers in Pilates, yoga, and energy work.
