Alegria Retreats provide a safe setting for deep inner work that takes a long lasting positive effect on the lives of our participants.We believe that the inner fulfillment and growth of each individual contributes to the collective healing of humanity. When combined with a holistic approach to healing, consciousness-expanding practises can achieve life-changing results. One of the problems of our modern society is that many people have lost their connection to nature. Deep self-awareness can help us to recognize the importance of this connection and to question our actions and consumer behaviour.One of the great gifts of indigenous culture is the maintenance and transmission of this connection to nature over generations. In our view, their knowledge and attitude towards the plant world is a special wealth that the world needs more than ever and must not lose completely. That is why we see it as our mission to contribute to the support, preservation and dissemination of indigenous traditions. We see ourselves as an ethical company and are very aware of the responsibility that goes hand in hand with our work.
