Afrouz Demeri

Dr. Demeri is a licenced board certified naturopathic endocrinologist with a specialty in women's health & hormones. As former UCI director of functional medicine, she has helped transform many lives through bringing awareness to the mind and body and in this retreat, she will be demonstrating one of the greatest tools she has used: Minfulness. This retreat is an eye opening experience of how to live mindfully and open to all active women and men from 30-60. Instead of taking a course, or being told what to do - join her in being what you crave to be in nature. More calm, more clear and more in love with life.
