Adeniké Kasongo El is the Founder and CEO of Crystals & Herbs LLC. She is a Certified Master Life Coach (CMLC), Certified Herbalist, Initiated Shaman, Keynote Speaker, Activist, Published Writer, and Educator dedicated to holistic healing and community empowerment.Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Queens, NY, Adeniké felt called to the path of healing and teaching from an early age. Raised in a Caribbean Arawak Taino household where natural remedies were commonly used, she developed a deep respect for traditional healing practices.Her studies in herbalism and Indigenous healing traditions led her to discover a lineage of herbal healers and community builders within her own ancestry.
