Aayush’s journey into yoga began at a young age, inspired by ancient texts that intertwined meditation with a deeper understanding of the practice.He fully embraced the physical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga at the age of 13, studying in Mysore and learning from some of the most respected yogis in the field, which deepened his dedication to the discipline.His path led him from his village near Delhi to the yoga capital of Rishikesh, where he committed himself to mastering the art of yoga, living, studying, assisting, and teaching in YTTCs until the present.As a teacher, Aayush passionately carries the message of yoga, encouraging students to build confidence in their practice. His approach focuses on inviting students to self-assess and witness their experiences, ultimately guiding them on a journey of finding the self.
